At Galaxy Auto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Galaxy Auto account and select the order you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
